If you are planning a 2BHK interior in Noida Extension or Greater Noida West, the first useful question is not which finish is trending. It is what your home needs on the day you move in, what can wait and what level of customisation is realistic for your budget.

For a raw or newly handed-over 2BHK apartment, NestArcadia currently uses a starting planning range of approximately ₹6.5–7 lakh for a complete interior brief. This is an initial guide, not a fixed package price or a binding quotation. The final amount depends on the actual floor plan, site condition, material specifications, furniture quantities, hardware, finish choices and the work already completed by the builder.

If flooring, electrical work or some civil work is already complete, the remaining scope may be lower. On the other hand, extensive civil changes, premium materials, additional custom furniture, specialised lighting or more elaborate decorative work can increase the investment. A quote should therefore be based on a measured site and an agreed item-by-item scope rather than a generic per-square-foot promise.

Start by listing the rooms and decisions that matter most to your household. A typical 2BHK brief may consider the kitchen, wardrobes, beds and storage, living and dining furniture, lighting, electrical points, wall finishes and window treatments. Not every home needs every item at the same time. The right scope depends on what is already available, how the family lives and what the property layout allows.

The kitchen and wardrobes deserve early attention because their dimensions, internal layouts, board specifications, hardware and finish selections influence both usability and cost. Confirm appliance sizes, storage needs, shutter finishes, drawer requirements and the expected daily use before approving drawings. Changing these decisions after production begins can create avoidable rework.

Separate the estimate into clearly described work packages. Ask the designer to identify quantities, material or finish specifications, hardware assumptions, what is included, what is excluded, and which items are provisional until site measurements are confirmed. Ask how design revisions, site coordination, delivery, installation, taxes and any third-party work are treated in the proposal. Do not assume these are included unless the written quote says so.

A practical way to protect the budget is to prioritise durable, high-use elements first: kitchen functionality, wardrobe storage, electrical safety, good hardware and a sensible furniture layout. Decorative upgrades can be selected after the essentials are resolved. Phasing should be deliberate, however; avoid postponing work that would be expensive or disruptive to reopen later.

Before appointing an interior studio, compare proposals on the same scope. A lower headline price may cover fewer wardrobes, simpler hardware, different board grades or fewer site services. Request comparable specifications and a written change-order process so that additions are discussed and approved before the work proceeds.

The figures in this guide are NestArcadia planning guidance as of November 2026, not a market-wide price survey or a guaranteed final cost. The estimate for your home can only be confirmed after reviewing the floor plan, site condition, requirements and selected specifications. Taxes and exclusions should be stated clearly in the final written proposal.

To get a realistic 2BHK estimate, share your floor plan, possession status, preferred scope and the three things you most want your home to do well. NestArcadia can then help turn the brief into a practical sequence of design and execution decisions.
